TV Mounting, Grab Bars & Garage Storage in Lacey, Olympia & Tumwater

Hanging a television, a set of grab bars, or a wall of garage shelving is finish work. Solis Interiors mounts them with the same blocking and fastener standards we use behind drywall, across Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater, and DuPont.

The wall behind the mount decides whether it holds

A television, a grab bar, and a loaded shelf all pull on the same wall from different directions. What matters is what the fastener lands in: a stud, blocking we added, or a toggle the hardware manufacturer rates for that load. We open the wall where it needs opening, add blocking where there is none, and finish it back so the room does not look cut apart.

We work in the neighborhoods where this matters most

Jubilee in Hawks Prairie was planned for residents past raising a family, and DuPont's Northwest Landing went up as one master community over a handful of years. JBLM families arrive and leave on a schedule the military sets, with a move-out inspection on one end and a move-in date on the other. Grab bars go in before someone comes home from the hospital. A television and a set of shelves go up in the gap between those two dates. We schedule around those dates.

Ten percent off for military families and residents over 60

Solis Interiors takes 10% off every mounting service in Lacey, Olympia, and Tumwater for military families and for residents aged 60 and over. It covers TV mounting, grab bars and handrails, and garage storage work. Mention it when you ask for the estimate and we will apply it to the scope we quote.

Frequently asked questions

Questions & expert answers

Q1What stays outside a mounting estimate?

Adding an outlet, running a new circuit, or moving a gas appliance is licensed trade work and stays with the electrician or the plumber. We also do not assess medical need or certify accessibility compliance; grab bar placement is yours to decide, usually with an occupational therapist or a caregiver. We install where you ask, to the hardware's own instructions.

The process

How we review mounting location, support, and scope

A short path from the first description of the problem to a clear next step.

  1. Step 1 — Send the mounting details

Share the item, proposed location, wall or ceiling surface, and a photo. Include the hardware model or instructions and any known framing or backing.

  2. Step 2 — Clarify support and scope

The mounting point may depend on framing, added blocking, or the hardware’s stated requirements. If drywall needs to be opened or patched, include that in the scope; electrical, plumbing, and accessibility decisions belong with the appropriate professional.

  3. Step 3 — Confirm placement and next steps

Review placement, hardware, access, and any work that depends on another trade before moving ahead.
